Privacy Policy
This is a starting template, not legal advice. Since this site collects emails, accounts, and payment info, have a lawyer review and finalize this page (and Terms) before launch — requirements vary by state/country and by which processors (Stripe, GoHighLevel, etc.) end up connected.
What we collect. Email address (fan club signup, account creation, checkout), name and password (accounts — passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text), and order history (merch/membership purchases).
How it's used. To operate your account, fulfill orders, and — only if you sign up — send updates about releases, drops, and shows. Purchase data may sync to our accounting (QuickBooks) and CRM (GoHighLevel) tools so we can run the business; it is never sold.
Payments. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Your rights. Contact us any time to request your data or ask us to delete your account.
